Quikstak
Quikstak QS10MM is a self-levelling pallet stacker from Simpro, with 1000kg capacity and a unique 'monomast' design affording a spectacular field of view. Featuring Simpro's proprietary laser height-levelling technology, Quikstak allows staff to quickly stack or de-stack goods with minimal ergonomic risk.
Activated by a switch on the fascia, the Quikstak laser sensor continuously measures the height of the product stacked on the pallet. This data is passed to a PLC which automatically raises or lowers the forks to maintain the 'stacking height' at a static level while layers are added or removed. A red pointer marks the sensor beam, allowing operators to intuitively adapt their work patterns for optimum comfort and efficiency. The stacking height can be easily adjusted to suit operator preference or the task at hand.
All Quikstak models are now self-propelled, with a DC drive motor, regenerative braking system, and side-mounted tiller featuring ergonomic dual-hand controls. Power is provided by your choice of a 2.5kWh AGM or 2.0kWh LFP battery, with an onboard 10A charger which allows charging at any convenient 240V outlet.
