The battery delivers astonishing performance; accepting a 100% charge in 2.5 hours, or a 7% supercharge in under 10 minutes. By opportunity-charging during work breaks, the CPD25L2 can be operated around the clock, making it a genuine contender to replace LPG/diesel yard trucks.
With no bulky engine or lead-acid battery, the truck's chassis has been optimised for stability, delivering significantly improved safety margins over previous-generation forklifts. The dual-motor AC drive system allows traversing ramps up to 16%, while IP54 protection allows operation in any weather. A range of smart features are provided for operator convenience, including an intelligent park brake with automatic rollback control, a horn button on the B-pillar for safer reversing, and a phone slot complete with USB charging port.
