EFL1603-HV
EFL1603-HV9 is a 16.0-tonne electric counterbalance forklift from EP Equipment, built for large-scale steel production, mining, ports and construction material handling. Its IC-style chassis with double-tyred front drive axles delivers powerful traction on uneven outdoor terrain, while a 4.5m triplex mast with fork positioner and sideshift handles heavy loads at height. The 900mm load centre suits large or awkward loads such as steel coils and oversized pallets.
The 90kW PMSM drivetrain and high-voltage LFP battery system deliver sustained operation with 1C fast charging for multi-shift turnaround. Water cooling for the motor and battery, combined with oil cooling for the hydraulics, maintains consistent performance under the heaviest loads and most demanding conditions.
Supplied with a full all-weather cabin including air conditioning, heating and defogging as standard, EFL1603-HV9 provides a comfortable and productive operating environment in any climate. Rear camera, distance sensors and a comprehensive LED lighting package enhance visibility and safety, while hydraulic mast buffering ensures smooth load handling at height.
