EFL503-HVD
EFL503-HVD6 is a 5.0-tonne electric counterbalance forklift from EP Equipment, purpose-built for demanding industries such as steel production, construction materials and heavy logistics. A dual front wheel axle provides enhanced traction and stability on uneven or slippery ground, while a 4.5m triplex mast with freelift, tilt and sideshift handles high-reach storage and container work.
The 60kW PMSM drivetrain and large-capacity LFP battery deliver extended runtime with 1C fast charging for multi-shift operations. Water cooling for the motor and battery, combined with oil cooling for the hydraulics, maintains consistent performance under sustained heavy loads and extreme temperatures.
Rated IPX4 for all-weather operation with IP67-protected high-voltage components, EFL503-HVD6 performs confidently in rain, dust and temperature extremes. Hydraulic mast buffering ensures smooth load handling at height, and the wide-track dual-wheel layout provides a stable platform even on rough terrain.
