WheelieSafe
WSH3 is an electric bin handling trolley from WheelieSafe, designed to safely move 80L to 360L wheelie bins on steep driveways and over the long distances typical of commercial, institutional and council waste rounds. Three-bin capacity in triangular formation passes through standard 820mm doorways, with the same patented hook system as the manual model loading bins from any side without manual lifting.
Dual 24V/180W motors drive worm gears directly onto the axle, with a thumb throttle controlling two preset speeds: slow for confined spaces and walking pace for distance. Electro-magnetic brakes engage automatically on both drive wheels the moment the throttle is released, holding the load on inclines without operator effort. Freewheeling hubs allow the trolley to be moved manually when unladen to conserve battery, and a tricycle undercarriage takes the tilt load to prevent the back, shoulder and neck injuries common to traditional sack trolleys.
Power comes from a removable 24V/15Ah LFP battery pack with internal BMS, charged on or off the trolley and good for up to 2.5 hours of continuous operation. WSH3 has heavy-duty pneumatic tyres for quiet handling on uneven terrain and a powder-coated steel frame in high-visibility orange suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
