Microtipper SS
Microtipper SS is a compact stainless-steel electric bin tipper from Simpro, with 150kg capacity and a range of modular cradles to suit bins, capsules, crates and rolls. It is an ideal solution for food-processing plants looking to eliminate manual handling from their production areas.
Featuring a unique monomast design, Microtipper SS offers excellent visibility and tips bins at a height of 1200mm, suitable for sorting and cutting tables. The electro-hydraulic mechanism has a lifting capacity of 150kg, and can be powered by battery, 3-phase mains, or single-phase mains with VSD. The automatic tipping sequence is controlled by a PLC, which can be programmed with custom operation behaviour. Manual controls and a prominent Emergency Stop button are provided for safety.
With an easy-clean polished finish and IP66 ingress protection, Microtipper SS is suitable for hygiene-critical environments and needs little maintenance. Made in New Zealand by Simpro, Microtipper SS is backed by a two-year warranty.
