Crate Wizard
Crate Wizard is a battery-powered crate stacker for bakeries and distribution hubs handling stacks of bread crates. The patented clamp mechanism grips the sides of a crate stack, holds it firmly while it is lifted, moved and stacked, then releases it at the press of a button. This allows a single operator to handle up to 200kg of bread crates, quickly and safely.
With pedestrian operation and dual-hand controls, Crate Wizard is safe and simple to use. Visual indicators help the operator collect the required number of crates, and auto-height mode automatically moves the arms to the correct height for a given task.
Like all Simpro products, Crate Wizard was designed for safety from the ground up. Powered by sealed gel batteries, the lifting and clamping mechanisms are both intrinsically fail-safe, retaining their position if the hydraulic system loses pressure. Other safety features include a stack height limiter, control hood, Emergency Stop button and safety sounder.
