Description
The Foodcap Lifter Press is a safe and hygienic solution for loading boneless meat products into FoodCap® bins. Its hydraulic arm places firm consistent pressure onto the loaded product, creating a tightly-packed anaerobic environment, before the lid is fitted to create a hermetic seal. The FoodCap® bin may then be sent for storage or distribution.
An optional attachment allows the press to act as a lifter which can pull the internal tray frame from the Capsules to assist in unloading.
The Foodcap Lifter Press is fitted with a 12v battery and reliable Simpro hydraulic mechanism. It is manufactured from food-grade 304 stainless steel.
Comes with standard onboard charger (option is to have the 12V charger externally mounted and have no high voltages onboard the machine at all.)
For use in the boning room to assist with filling the foodcaps at the primal stage.
