Quikstak
Quikstak is a series of 1-tonne smart stackers with automatic stack-height levelling and a monomast design giving operators a spectacular field of view. Featuring laser height-sensing technology, Quikstak allows goods to be rapidly palletised without ergonomic risk.
With Quikstak mode engaged, a laser sensor continuously measures the height of product on the pallet and automatically raises or lowers the forks to hold the stacking surface at an ergonomic level as items are added or removed. The sensor focus is marked by a visible red pointer, and the target height can be reset in seconds to suit any task or operator.
Quikstak is self-propelled as standard, with a Curtis DC controller and regenerative braking. The narrow monomast and side-mounted tiller give the operator clear sightlines of the load and floor, while safety features include automatic speed limiting above 500mm, a crush-safety button on the tiller, and a prominent emergency stop. Available with maintenance-free AGM or long-life LFP batteries, the stacker tops up from any 1-phase power outlet via an onboard charger (LFP variants use a 30A fastcharger).
